Yes. Every kit we sell includes plans stamped by an engineer, from steel frame buildings to post frame workshops and pole barns. Many permit offices ask for stamped plans before you build, so check with your local building office on what they need and bring that list with you when you order.

You are buying from people who sell this every day. Panels leave here cut to your length instead of a catalog length, kit materials are counted from your drawing, and somebody at the counter will work out the quantities with you rather than pointing at a shelf.

Tell us what you are building and roughly what size. We work through the material list with you, put a written quote together, and go over anything that needs a decision, like panel thickness or door sizes. Nothing is ordered until you have the number in front of you.

For panels, yes. Cut to length only works if the length is right, so bring the rafter or wall measurement and the roof pitch (how steep it is). For a full package we can work from a drawing or a sketch with dimensions. If you are not sure what to measure, call before you drive out and we will tell you.

We are at 410 S 209th W Ave in Sand Springs, just off US-412, open 7am to 6pm Monday through Friday and 8am to 4pm on Saturday. Closed Sunday. A lot of orders leave the same day.
